People Priority One in conjunction with its training partners offer fee-for-service training and employment readiness courses ranging from short courses to advanced diploma levels.

We offer the key tools to make studying relevant, current, flexible and convenient – enhanced by a high level of support to help students graduate successfully. Many of the students undertaking training through People Priority One go on to meaningful employment.

Flexible Training Options
We understand how important it is to maximise your training and employment budget and therefore provide flexible training options utilising delivery methods including classroom, on-site, on-line and distance learning. Students are not bound by semester intakes to delay their training. Students can commence at any time during the year through a rolling intake system – just another way in which to ensure students can access their studies at their convenience and employers have qualified staff sooner.
Support from Start to Finish
Providing a supportive training environment means students can obtain assistance at any time of day through the student services centre. Students and employers are provided support and advice throughout the training schedule to assist the students to graduate successfully. The support begins with the trainers identifying each student’s individual learning requirements and creating a tailored learning program to suit them. The on-site visits enable trainers to mentor students in their working environment and advise employers on the progress of their trainee.
Trainers are Industry Professionals
Who wish to share their years of experience in their chosen profession to give students a true understanding of the industry along with the relevant skills and knowledge in their chosen field. The high selection standards for trainers is set not only by their delivery style and industry knowledge, but also the high level of support they provide, so each student gains the maximum from their training program.
Nationally Recognised Qualifications
Our training partners are supervising registered training organisations with certificate and diploma courses nationally recognised and accredited. Many of the courses are also fully funded by either the State or Federal governments, with Certificate III to Diploma courses providing a pathway for students to reach their career goals – and may even contribute towards further university study.
