Step 2. People Priority One Group Recruitment Site Induction
There are several forms we request that you use to assist us in monitoring your health and safety (OH&S) in your place of work.
Site Induction Registration Form
This form should be completed on the first day of placement for every ”group recruitment” on-hire assignment. You must complete this form on site with your supervisor, then fax the completed form to your People Priority One consultant.

Hazard Identification Form
If you identify a hazard, it is your responsibility to notify us. Please complete the Hazard Identification Form to notify People Priority One of any potential or existing hazards at your group recruitment employer.
The form must be sent on to the OH&S Representative, who will investigate the hazard and follow up with the client.
Please follow the Hazard Identification procedure, as outlined in Section 4 of the Candidate OH&S Handbook, at all times.
