People Priority One was founded in 2004 in response to the employment market’s specific requirements and level of service that it demands from the recruitment industry. Our founders had many years of frustration of dealing with recruitment companies as clients and decided that only with a small knowledge of the industry would begin the recruitment company that would epitomise exactly what a client required and candidates needed.
Through listening to both clients and candidates in all industry sectors, it became apparent that experiences of recruitment services were mainly unprofessional in their approach as had been suspected, working without the full understanding of the requirements of both clients and candidates and that working without that understanding or morals actually hindered the recruitment process.
People Priority One established an ethical approach to optimise efficiency and experience of the recruitment lifecycle for both client and candidate. Building relationships with clients, we identify the technical requirements of the appointment, along with a full understanding of the psychology and environmental aspect that provide essential insights in to the company, aiding us to locate the best matched candidates for the client.
By being honest with both client and candidate, we develop trust in our integrity that we are matching the right candidates to the client. If we can not find a candidate that is right for our clients, we tell them so instead of attempting to shoehorn a candidate for the sake of profit.
