Group Employment 

As a group employer, People Priority One hires job ready candidates and then hosts them with businesses for usually 3 to 6 months. As the legal employer of the employee for this time, we take care of the payroll & administration tasks such as: paying the employee, taxation, superannuation, workcover, dealing with payroll related questions, training (if applicable), counselling & terminations etc.

The recruitment service includes in its competitive price: advertising position/s, taking enquiries, collating resumes, short-listing potential candidates, interviewing of candidates, second stage interviews, reference checks, referring candidates to employer, hr & payroll advice.

There is usually a one month period should the candidate not be to your satisfaction, we will perform the same service free of charge to locate a replacement.

People Priority One can assist companies with business services on a fee-per-service arrangement including: secretarial assistance, MYOB, Quickbooks, telephone answering, mail redirection, message service, website design, computer networking and many more.
